PCB & Circuit Boards

Circuit Boards (PCB) for Industrial Applications

Complex PCB projects often fail due to long lead times, unclear specifications or limited material availability. Intelligent Components solves exactly these challenges: We source high-quality circuit boards — from standard FR4 to complex multilayer, HDI, flex and specialty substrates — with a personal contact in the DACH region.

One Contact Instead of Multiple Suppliers

Instead of coordinating international suppliers yourself, checking material availability and clarifying technical details across language barriers — we handle the entire PCB procurement. You receive a ready-made quote with specific delivery times and prices.

  • Rogers (RO4003C, RO4350B)
  • PTFE / Teflon
  • Isola
  • Low Dielectric

Fine-Pitch PCB

Circuit boards with fine traces and tight spacing for compact designs with high integration density — e.g. for BGA breakout and miniaturization.

  • L/S from 75/75 µm
  • BGA Breakout
  • High Integration Density
  • Microvias
